Saudi Arabia’s public artificial intelligence company, Humain, is preparing to introduce a venture fund worth $10 billion aimed at supporting technology startups across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Tareq Amin, CEO of Humain, outlined the initiative as conversations continue with leading American firms such as Andreessen Horowitz, OpenAI, and xAI, which was established by Elon Musk.

The company is also pursuing an arrangement with American partners to sell a stake in its data center operations. While specific co-investors were not identified, Amin described involved parties as being among the most significant players in the data center sector.

Massive Expansion Plans

Recently formed this month, Humain began operations shortly before a scheduled visit by former President Donald Trump and a delegation of technology industry allies. Adjustments in White House policies have opened the door for American tech suppliers like Nvidia and AMD to initiate transactions with companies based in Saudi Arabia.

Humain has finalized agreements with Qualcomm, Nvidia, AMD, and Amazon as part of a wider push to become a leading force in global artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company has disclosed ambitions to develop data center capacity reaching 1.9 gigawatts by the end of this decade.

The organization estimates that this expansion could eventually support approximately seven percent of all artificial intelligence model training and inferencing worldwide by 2030. The broader vision, according to Amin, will necessitate an estimated $77 billion investment to bring these aims to fruition.
